    To combat soaring insurance costs and improve employee wellness, we partnered with the City of Miramar to lead a comprehensive two-phase overhaul—transitioning the city’s health benefits to a self-funded insurance model and launching a full-service on-site healthcare clinic—resulting in more than $2M in annual savings, faster and more convenient access to care, improved employee engagement, enhanced satisfaction with health services, and significantly better long-term health outcomes.

  • Strengthening Supervisor Performance During Leadership Transitions

    When leadership turnover reshaped the City’s administration, we partnered with the HR Department to strengthen continuity by developing a hands-on capstone training for supervisors. Focused on real-world skills like performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution, the program helped 22 supervisors navigate changing priorities, improve communication, and boost morale—delivering a 19.63% return on investment and measurable gains in leadership stability.
